Later visit Mysore Palace, with its outstanding treasures, ivory inlaid doors, the interiors lavishly decorated with stained glass, mirrors, pillars, paintings and jewels. Late in the afternoon visit the Brindavan garden that has well maintained lawns, innumerable pools and fountains. (B)

This morning you will embark on a tour of the 'Queen of the Blue Mountains' that includes a visit to Dodabetta peak for a spectacular view. Continue driving to Coonoor and visit Sim's park, Dolphins Nose point and a tea plantation. Return to ooty and you can visit the Botanical garden and also walk along the popular Ooty lake.
